Myriad Riches Refund Policy

Refunds are only allowed under the following conditions:

  1. Eligibility for Refund

    • Refunds are strictly granted for items that are found to have manufacturing defects or damage upon receiving.
    • The defect or damage must be reported within 7 days of receiving the item.

  2. Product Condition

    • The item must be returned in its original condition, unused, with all tags still intact. Once the tag is cut, strictly no refund allowed.
    • The product must be securely placed back into the polymailer and resealed before returning.

  3. Inspection Process

    • Once the returned product is received, our team will inspect it to verify the defect or damage.
    • Refunds will only be approved if the defect or damage is confirmed.

  4. Refund Procedure

    • To initiate a refund, contact our customer service team at info@myriadriches.com for the defect or damage.
    • If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-14 business days, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method.

  5. Exclusions

    • Refunds are not applicable for items with damage caused by misuse or wear.

We reserve the right to reject refund requests for items that do not meet the above criteria. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

 

Myriad Riches Exchange Policy

  1. Eligibility for Exchange

    • Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all tags intact.
    • Ensure the product is securely placed back into the polymailer and the polymailer is resealed before returning.

  1. Product Inspection

    • Once the returned item is received, our team will inspect the product for any defects or damages.
    • Approval for an exchange will only be granted if the product passes this inspection.

  2. Mailing Fee

    • Customers are responsible for any additional mailing fees incurred during the exchange process.
    • Upon approval of the refund/exchange, customers are to re-submit the order on our website and will be provided with a discount code to use on their orders. This code will waive the cost of the item being exchanged, while shipping fees will still apply.

  3. Procedure

    • Follow the provided instructions for returning the product via a secure mailing service.
